Dear wind product user,
Tomorrow, 20 March, an out of plane manoeuvre of Metop-A will be performed
which will lead to a considerable outage time of all ASCATwind products.
Please read the message from EUMETSAT:
"This is a short note to ensure you are informed that, due to the
planned double-burn Out Of Plane manoeuvre of METOP-A tomorrow (announced on
http://oiswww.eumetsat.org/UNS/webapps/showData.do?type=28),
there will be a outage of ASCAT products (all levels, both from the Global
and the EARS chain) starting tomorrow 20.03 at about 12:30 UTC (sensing
time).We are trying to keep the data outages to the minimum, but due to the
burn separation, we expect that the duration for ASCAT will be of at least 18
hours."
