Dear wind product user,

Next week on 16 May, EUMETSAT will implement a new version of the ASCAT level 1 processing software for Metop-A and Metop-B. See http://www.eumetsat.int/Home/Main/News/ProductServiceNews/832545?l=en for more information.

In order to accommodate the changes, we will implement an update of the ASCAT wind processing software to AWDP version 2.2.00, both for Metop-A and -B. This will be done on Tuesday, 14th of May. The changes will not change the calibration or other characteristics of the wind products.
