SIGNIFICANT EVENTS:
OR 19695 to uplink the NSSC-1 N02 SPC load for the SB295Y00 SMS, set the NSSC-1 ATP, and resume QBF 
operations was successfully completed at ~294/21:40 UTC.  The Payload is now fully recovered from 
the CU/SDF Lock-up event and ready to resume science operations with the SMS boundary at 295/04:10 
UTC.  The first science observations will begin with a WFC3 UVIS observation in support of the UVIS 
Bowtie Monitor program (Proposal 13555).

The Test Readiness Review (TRR) for the Control Center System (CCS) Release 9.1.1 was held on 
October 22, 2014, and authority to proceed with the Operational Acceptance test phase was given.
