Ops Request 19722-1 was successfully executed at approximately 350/14:17z – 350/14:35z to perform 
an RF Transfer Switch Scrub. 
 
The baseline Eb/No reading for SSAR provided by WSC was 17.60  After the scrub it was 17.70 
The baseline Eb/No reading for MAR provided by WSC was 22.10  After the scrub it was 22.80 
 
This procedure is exercised bi-annually to cycle RF Transfer Switches 1
