G1 (Minor) geomagnetic storms were observed on 16-18 Feb. R1 (Minor) radio blackout conditions were observed on 15 Feb. No solar radiation storms were observed. Outlook For February 22-28 No space weather storms are expected for the outlook period (22-28 Feb). Data used to provide space weather services are contributed by NOAA, USAF, NASA, NSF, USGS, the International Space Environment Services and other observatories, universities, and institutions.
