The NATO-Russia Council met on Thursday (13 July 2017) in Brussels. NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg gave a read-out of discussions following the meeting. ''Dialogue can be difficult, but it is also essential,'' he stressed.
NATO has had a partnership with Ukraine for over 20 years.
