The NATO Deputy Secretary General, Mr. Mircea Geoană, will travel to Halifax, Nova Scotia, between Friday 22 November and Sunday 24 November 2019 to participate in the Halifax International Security Forum.
The Deputy Secretary General will take part in an on the record panel discussion entitled: “2020s Vision: Responsibility to Pro-Tech”
In the margins of the Conference, Mr. Mircea Geoană will have a number of bilateral meetings.

Le secrétaire général délégué de l'OTAN, M. Mircea Geoană, sera à Halifax, en Nouvelle-Écosse (Canada), du vendredi 22 au dimanche 24 novembre 2019 pour participer au Forum sur la sécurité internationale.
M. Geoană participera à une table ronde intitulée : « 2020s Vision: Responsibility to Pro-Tech ».
En marge de la conférence, M. Geoană aura un certain nombre d'entretiens bilatéraux.
