NOCTILUCENT CLOUDS OVER THE SOUTH PACIFIC: Are you ready to see an electric-blue cloud made of frosted meteor smoke? The odds are improving. Not so long ago, noctilucent clouds were confined to Earth's polar regions. Recently, however, they have spread to record-low latitudes.
