NATO Deputy Secretary General to participate in the EU Defense Washington Forum (Online event)

On Thursday, 9 July 2020, the NATO Deputy Secretary General Mr. Mircea Geoană will participate in the EU Defense Washington Forum, a conference organized by the Delegation of the European Union to the United States, in cooperation with the Brookings Institution.

The Deputy Secretary General will have a virtual conversation with the President of the Brookings Institution, John R. Allen, followed by a Q&A session. The theme of this session of the conference is “EU defense and the present and future of EU-NATO cooperation”.

Participation du secrétaire général délégué de l’OTAN à l’EU Defense Washington Forum (événement en ligne)

Le jeudi 9 juillet 2020, le secrétaire général délégué de l’OTAN, M. Mircea Geoană, participera à l’EU Defense Washington Forum. Il s’agit d’une conférence organisée par la délégation de l’Union européenne auprès des États-Unis, en coopération avec la Brookings Institution.

Le secrétaire général délégué aura un entretien virtuel avec le président de la Brookings Institution, M. John R. Allen. Cet entretien sera suivi d’une séance de questions-réponses. Cette partie de la conférence portera sur la défense de l’Union européenne et la coopération actuelle et future entre l’Union européenne et l’OTAN.
