NATO Deputy Secretary General to speak at Friends of Europe conference (online event)

On Tuesday, 13 October 2020, the NATO Deputy Secretary General, Mr. Mircea Geoană will take part in the State of Europe 2020, an event organised by Friends of Europe. The panel “Beyond hard security” will be moderated by Dr. Jamie Shea, Senior Fellow at Friends of Europe.
