NATO Secretary General to visit the United States

21-23 September 2021

On 21-23 September, the NATO Secretary General, Mr. Jens Stoltenberg, will travel to New York, USA, to attend the High-level Week of the 76th Session of the United Nations General Assembly.

On Tuesday 21 September, the Secretary General will take part in the opening of the General Debate. He will also meet with several world leaders and high-level officials.

During his trip, on Thursday 23 September, the Secretary General will also participate in the Change of Command Ceremony at the Allied Command Transformation in Norfolk, Virginia, USA.

Le secrétaire général de l’OTAN, M. Jens Stoltenberg, se rendra à New York (États-Unis) du 21 au 23 septembre pour la semaine de réunions de haut niveau de la 76e Assemblée générale des Nations Unies.

Le mardi 21 septembre, il participera à l’ouverture du débat général, et s'entretiendra par ailleurs avec plusieurs dirigeants et hauts responsables du monde entier.

Le jeudi 23 septembre, le secrétaire général participera à la cérémonie de passation de commandement au Commandement allié Transformation (ACT), à Norfolk, en Virginie.
