Official Space Weather Advisory issued by NOAA Space Weather Prediction Center Boulder, Colorado, USA SPACE WEATHER ADVISORY OUTLOOK #22-2 2022 January 9 at 6:37 p.m. MST (2022 January 10 0137 UTC) **** SPACE WEATHER OUTLOOK **** Summary For January 3-9 G1 (Minor) geomagnetic storm conditions were reached on 08 Jan due to a geoeffective, negative polarity coronal hole high speed stream. No other significant space weathger was observed. Outlook For January 10-16 A slight chance to a chance for M-class flare activity (R1-R2, Minor-Moderate) exisits through the outlook period due to the expected return of prior active sunspot regions. No other significant space weather is anticipated for the outlook period. Data used to provide space weather services are contributed by NOAA, USAF, NASA, NSF, USGS, the International Space Environment Services and other observatories, universities, and institutions.
