1. In accordance with Refs A and B, this message announces the PG/Adv Ed 
selection panel schedule for AY23. The application deadline for all programs 
is 13 Jun 2022, which includes DA application, command endorsement in DA, and 
any applicable waiver submitted via memo to OPM-1. Dates of the panels are as 
follows:

2. This schedule is subject to change according to the needs of the Service 
or in the case of program re-solicitations. PSC-OPM-1 will maintain a current 
schedule on the OPM-1 PG/Adv Ed CG Portal Place listed below in paragraph 5 
and will communicate any changes directly with respective Program Managers.
3. The first panel convenes on 21 June and might include officers that are 
still within the OER submission window for regular OERs. To ensure records 
are complete, do not delay OERs if requesting to compete for a PG/Adv Ed 
opportunity.
