SOVEREIGN SKIES:  THE ORIGINS OF AMERICAN CIVIL AVIATION POLICY

University of Kansas historian and Associate Professor Sean Seyer will discuss the early 20th century origins of U.S. civil aviation policy.  This topic is especially relevant today in considering the sovereignty of space, amidst the many new commercial and international space actors.
