The history of NASA’s history program, aliens in Mexico, and Europe in space not once but twice: I am delighted to share the fall 2022 of the
NYU Space Talks: History, Politics and Astroculture lecture series with you, now in its fourth season. Once a month,
established and upcoming scholars present the latest research on the history and politics of outer space, extraterrestrial life and astroculture to a truly global community. Attached you will find the fall 2022 program.
In ten days, on Tuesday, 13 September, 10:00–11:30 EDT/15–16:30 BST/16:00–17:30 CEST/22:00–23:30 CST, former NASA chief historian
William P. Barry will inaugurate the fall season with a talk entitled “‘The Widest Practical and Appropriate Dissemination of Information:’ Origins and Operations of NASA’s History Program.”
