Official Space Weather Advisory issued by NOAA Space Weather Prediction Center Boulder, Colorado, USA SPACE WEATHER ADVISORY OUTLOOK #22-37 2022 September 12 at 12:10 a.m. MDT (2022 September 12 0610 UTC) **** SPACE WEATHER OUTLOOK **** Summary For September 5-11 R1 (Minor) Radio Blackouts were observed on 05 Sep due to solar flare activity from Sunspot Region 3089. G1 (Minor) Geomagnetic Storm levels were observed on 05 Sep due to activity associated with a coronal hole high speed stream. Outlook For September 12-18 There is a slight chance for R1-R2 (Minor-Moderate) Radio Blackouts on 12-17 Oct increasing to a chance on 18 Sep due to flare potential from Region 3098 as well as the return of old Regions 3088 and 3089. There is a slight chance for an S1 (Minor) Solar Radiation storm on 12-18 Sep due to flare potential from the return of old Region 3088. G1 (Minor) geomagnetic storm levels are likely on 17 Sep due to activity associated with a coronal hole high speed stream.
