ETC 4.0 Provides Support for a New NIRCam Mode

Version 4.0 of the JWST Exposure Time Calculator (ETC) features support for a new NIRCam Short-wavelength Grism Time Series mode and single-group ramps, the addition of aperture visualizations, and updates to the thermal background.
