On Tuesday, 19 November 2024, NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte will participate in a meeting of the Foreign Affairs Council of the European Union (EU) in Defence Ministersâ format. The meeting will take place at the Europa building of the Council of the EU, in Brussels.
