Summary For December 16-22



R1 (Minor) radio blackouts occurred on 19-22 Dec due to flaring from Active Regions 3924, 3928, 3930, and 3932.



G1 (Minor) geomagnetic storm levels were observed on 17 Dec due to the arrival of possibly multiple CMEs that left the Sun on 13-15 Dec.



Outlook For December 23-29



R1-R2 (Minor-Moderate) radio blackouts are likely on 23-29 Dec due to the flare potential of Regions 3928, 3932, and 3933.
