NATO Secretary General to attend the World Economic Forum in Davos

From 22 to 23 January 2025, the NATO Secretary General, Mr Mark Rutte, will attend the Annual Meeting of the World Economic Forum (WEF) in Davos, Switzerland.

Mr Rutte will participate in a range of events, including the plenary session. At the margins of the World Economic Forum, the Secretary General will also take part in the annual Ukrainian Breakfast discussion, hosted by the Victor Pinchuk Foundation and EastOne, and moderated by Fareed Zakaria.

7:30 (CET)  Ukrainian Breakfast on “Your Country First – Win With Us”. A panel discussion with the NATO Secretary General, the President of Poland, Mr Andrzej Duda, the President of Latvia, Mr Edgars Rinkēvičs, the Prime Minister of Croatia, Mr Andrej Plenković, the Prime Minister of Belgium, Mr Alexander de Croo, and the First Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine, Ms Yuliya Svyrydenko.

10:45 (CET)  Plenary Session: “Technology in the World”. A panel discussion with the NATO Secretary General and CEOs of technological companies.
