From 1 to 12 August, NATO will participate in the 2025 edition of the World Expo in Japan. Taking place in Osaka, Kansai, the theme for this yearâs Expo is âDesigning Future Society for Our Livesâ, with the sub-themes of âSaving Livesâ, âEmpowering Livesâ and âConnecting Livesâ. This landmark event is expected to welcome over 28 million visitors, making it one of the largest global gatherings after the FIFA World Cup and the Olympic Games.

June 2025: This month marks the first operating of the NATO Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Force (NISRF) RQ-4D Phoenix high-altitude long-endurance (HALE) remotely piloted aircraft (RPA) from Finland.
