ETC 5.0 Provides Updates To Support Cycle 5 Proposal Preparation

Version 5.0 of the JWST Exposure Time Calculator (ETC) features added support for MIRI WFSS mode and 4 new NIRISS SOSS multi-stripe subarrays, easier sharing and better error messaging, and backend improvements to better support hundreds of simultaneous users.
