On 6 January 2026, NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte joined leaders during a meeting of the Coalition of the Willing in Paris. The meeting was co-hosted by the President of France Emmanuel Macron, and the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom Sir Keir Starmer.
