5. All media representatives who wish to cover this meeting need to seek accreditation. To do that, please register via NATO’s media accreditation platform: https://meeting-may26.nato.canopyregistration.com/press

6. The deadline for accreditation is Wednesday 6 May 2026 at midnight (CEST).

7.Please apply for accreditation as soon as possible, to allow sufficient time to process your request. Late applications will not be considered. Due to space restrictions, there may be limitations on the number of media representatives allowed to cover the event.

8. NATO will confirm the accreditation by email, via the email address used to register, together with details about how media representatives can pick up their badges.

9. Media representatives will pick up their badge in-person in the Accreditation Office. It is mandatory to bring:

  • the same ID document that you used to apply for accreditation online
  • the same proof of media status (press card and/or Letter from your Editor) used for the registration
