NATO Secretary General to visit the United Kingdom (updated)

On 16 and 17 September 2026, the NATO Secretary General, Mr Mark Rutte, will travel to the United Kingdom.

On Wednesday 16 September 2026, the Secretary General will meet the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, Mr Andy Burnham.

He will also deliver the Annual Lecture at The Ditchley Foundation.

On Thursday 17 September 2026, the Secretary General will meet with the Foreign Secretary, Mr Ed Miliband and the Defence Secretary, Mr Wes Streeting.
