Sea Launch started out as a multinational project in the post-cold-war 1990s. From today's perspective it was a disaster, especially financially. What's left is some old, low-tech maritime equipment, now moored at a shipyard in Russia's Far East. A Russian company that bought Sea Launch's leftovers apparently tries to to sell them to the Russian state. The Deputy Prime Minister appears enthusiastic (cf. separate article in this issue). He may not have grasped the idea behind Sea Launch, though.
