Well well, it seems Michael Jackson has been aquitted of all charges against him. Every single charge. As David Letterman said last night, LA doesn't like finding celebs guilty do they. Personally I thought MJ was guilty. Confessed porn addict, fed the children alcohol, sleeps with children.... but no, the jury 'looked at the evidence and just saw he was innocent'. Obviously the jury were all blind.

So now your are an expert now Michael, Yes you are like all idiot kids today thats don't understand shit. Why do you think I didn't want you on this forum?, because you were under the age and we all know today that kids are capable of and why owners of forum don't want under age members.
Michael I bet your old man when he was asked to do jury duty he use all the Excuses in his book to get out of it but many years ago I was asked to do Jury duty and I used no excuses and was selected.
Now I won't talk about the case But I can tell you all the Jurers convicted the man for sex offences against a minor which he got jail only to find out
years later that the man was innocent and was framed by ???? amount of kids for the art of victims compensation.
Now tell me Michael Just say when your 35 years old and you're selected for Jury duty and your are Selected by the Panel to be a Juror and you Convict a person on sex crimes without proper evidence, Now tell me Michael how would you feel when you wake up one morning years later to find out YOU were responsible for wrecking someones life. Yes, he loses his job, yes he loses his wife and kids, yes he loses everything he has ever fought for all because of jurers that get conned by sweet little faces via a Video camera in another room.
Maybe you don't give a shit but How would you like a bunch of idiot jurors convicting you for a crime that you probably didn't commit?.
For me the Legal system is FU...ked and only God knows how many innocent people go to Jail for something they did not commit.
A well known Lawyer in Sydney told me once whilst drunk at a party that If you remove Compensation $$$$$$$$ you only have 2 things left THE TRUTH or a VENDETTA against a person.
We are a sick society today Money, Money and more Money. You need to grow up Michael and think that there is always the possibility of benefit of the Doubt that the person could be innocent.

That Jackson is one very strange person but who knows there is a good possibility that he was set up just for cash. Now tell me if you were a parent would you let your kids sleep over there and if you do you must be as strange as Jackson or better still you must have another reason why you want them to stay there $$$$$.
You're right Phill today all these cases are all about Money, yes new cars!, holidays!, a bigger house and everyone is loving it. You tell me one case you ever get to here about where there is no Dollars involved at the end of any case its a disgrace the way the legal system has gone these days.
Hey willianson by the sound of it you are under age and forum around the world these days are removing under age people because of all the trouble caused on the Chat rooms see Williamson your on this forum before you know it you will run to your mummy and daddy and complain someone put the hard word on you. The way I look at it kids should not be allowed to be on any forums or chat room because I think in some cases kids go out of their way to entice a pervert to communicate with them and then they decide to set the pervert up whilst the Police are watching. Again to solve this problem laws must be passed that makes it a offence for a Minor to use a Chat room or a forum.
I agree with what was said above there must always be the benefit of the doubt because there is always a possibility that a person is innocent and
comments like yours are not needed as you are only informed by other fools at school that understand nothing.
This is the reason I refuse to do jury duty and i have found a way to get out of it I do not want to be responsible to send someone to jail when there is a possibility he or she is innocent. Could you imagine how you would feel if you did that, It would be in your mind for you rest of your life and there has been cases in the US where a Juror has commited Suicide because he could not live with himself because the offender was sent to jail when he was realy innocent and was bashed and rapped continually. Now tell me Williamson you will be 30 one day how would you like it if you were sent to jail when in your own mind you were innocent and you copped the treatment I said above.
The Law is a ASS

I know the legal system is stuffed. Jaremt, I am now of the age Phil told me is ok to go on this forum, 16. Phil, first of all, that is my opinion. I respect your opinion, I respect others opinions most of the time, so why can't my opinion have respect. ALSO, on the news recently you may have seen the juror has said that he had no doubt in his mind that Michael Jackson had indeed molested a child in the past. Honestly, there were hundreds of insanely devoted Michael Jackson fans outside of the court house. Now what do you think would happen if those jurors found MJ guilty? Personally I think they would be attacked.

I have a quote here from The Smoking Gun..: "The panel, Melville stated, had felt the "weight of the world's eyes on us" and now wanted to return to the anonymity of their private lives."
Melville was the Judge of the trial. Now as he said, the weight of the world on their shoulders. Think of it like this... If you were to say something derogatory about someone else, with that someone else having many many crazy fans, then at least one of those crazy fans will do something to upset you. This is similar to the Jury, if they had said guilty, then is it not obvious that a fan may possibly take drastic action? you do not know.
So maybe they were afraid. They are human after all.

Also, if you were to investigate and find what was found in the search of the Neverland Ranch, you would also see that "The affidavit sworn in support of the Neverland raid lists items that investigators were looking for, including magazines depicting lewd acts involving minors and/or adults, any photo of a minor without clothes, and any images showing and representing children and/or animals engaging in sexual conduct. Seized item #365 is described as "2 books of photographs of nude women and boys, located in master bedroom.""

Now look, If I was on a jury, no matter what age I was, I would convict him. You might not, but that is your decision. In the first post, of course I said some rather stupid things, but hey, this is controversy corner,

And thats the reason why you won't be on the jury because your are not impartial.
All I hope one day the door doesn't knock and they take you away and then you will find out who your friends really are. Like i said Mick when you get a lot older and you speak to people in the know like Lawyers or Neighbours that were prison officers you will understand a bit more whats really going on in this world and how many are convicted of crimes and gone to jail and they were innocent.
Remember Mick your a boy and about to grow to become a man and they tell me there are people like you every day of the week that are willing to convict are person just to get home on time to watch home and Away.
You wonder why our system is so stuffed, and you wonder why they try to keep the young out of the Jurors box.

You are absolutely right. My mum and I had a talk the other day after we saw a news article saying that they might reduce the voting age to 16. I think this is absurd, I may have a tiny brief view of politics, but I think 21 should really be the voting age. It is 21 when the body stops growing, and that includes the brain.

Yes and even at that age lots don't vote, they prefer the fine.
