Who from this state has had dealings with the department of child safety ?. and was abused. Can be child/ren and or Parent/s.?

To who it may concern.
The HCS is not the only one on the list of complaints.
It travels all the way to family Sa and family Sa complaints unit.
You know as much as I know of the overwhelming reporting of the Abuse by that system in Adelaide news.
How many more complaints is needed of this nature ?. before someone like yourself takes notice?.
I hope your investigation, is not done from behind the desk. or over a phone calls.

So far, all in concern have made a very big mistake with me. and the partner.
This is in no way a threat,just facts.
As of next year, there is a class action against DOCS. that will lead to family sa,As family sa, one karen suanders has open that door, with her fabrication and abuse of the law.
The police service is/will be also on the list, as they were controlled by Family sa to carry out a task of breaking the law aswel,. The police and I have a court date over that matter. and I have a 100% chance of winning that.
I also have a court order stating that I am to be investigated by the Commissioner of police of SA and QLD and also by the Chief Exective officer,child protection service.
That was dated 17/11/08. To date no one has contacted me on this. Again, someone is not doing the job correctly. and this in turn is in my favour.
I did pre warm all in concern, Do not be like QLD and get it wrong, Get it right..No one so far is getting it right. and again is in my favour for when this class action is active.

If a investigation is to be conducted by you. The witness's are plenty and wide.
Starting with my now 22 yr old son, as he is one of the claims from DOCS that I molested him at a young age. to date, no one from any department as ever questioned him as they have never question the people around me and nor question myself.
No one is taking in consideration the polygraph test I undertook and Past. compare to the fabrication from these departments.
Then there is the X partners from 2004 to 2007. They to are witness's.

Its unbelievable, no investigation to date on your side, just shove you out of the state, and forget you...

They still have to answer to these concerns they have as to why.

I have been thinking that they are probably hoping this does not go back to court, after their investigation, and are hoping it will all be resolved in the family care meeting.

They have got to answer to these accusations, and the abuse they have given, and when the judge finds out they havent even done the investigation on your side they will go down for that too.

Yes I am presuming my court date is before yours, it was meant to be 24th (yes, christmas eve....)
for the 1 year custody order, and to date have heard nothing, but then again, they do wait three days prior to serve the papers, so i wont know until 21st, unless they have changed the date to late january....
