The churches are as bad as the governing bodies....they are supposed to respect the family unit and help to protect it.....or are they allowing yet again another type of inquisition?

I'll say this to the above comment by kickemout. I am aware of various programs that are run by church organisations. They are pro the family and try and work with them.

I think the government needs to have more of a prevention aim rather than that snatch and grab method at present.

Prevention is better than cure.
