I can get this channel in sydney. I set up at Freq : 4060 H ,SR - FEC :26470 - 3/4.

You can get it with a 2.4 Meter C band mesh Dish in Sydney.

What kind of programming do they have? Their website is in Japanese, but from what I can understand, they've got some english content e.g. movies and tv shows
