Hi to all,<br /><br />I have seen topics regarding IRD being disabled but noone never explained what the problem indeed is and how to resolve it!<br /><br />I have STB3110 receiver (ex TARBS) and I was able to receive all B3 channels till few days ago. I was watching TV, switched receiver off, tried to turn it on again an hour later and I got message IRD Disabled..... Haven’t been able to fix it since.<br /><br />If someone could advised how to resolve this issue I would greatly appreciate that.<br /><br />Thanks

tuppelo,<br /><br />To watch the Balkan FTA programs you will need to call UBI and subscribe.<br /><br />UBI will activate the IRD and will send a contract out to you. Once UBI are ready to encrypt that is when you will need to send your contract and payment to UBI.<br /><br />Ciao<br />Liski

Yes especially with the inclusion of NTV Hayat and OBN. Looks like there's more to come.

I just want to say to Liski that it is not true UBI will activate your IRD once you get the contract- They only do it when the money is paid if full even for the Balkan Package , which is still supposed to be FTA. I know because that was my experience with UBI. Can someone tell me if that is what is supposed to be happening? Thanx.

Sestra,<br /><br />Thant's not thruth what are you saying, cause 100's of us are watching it for free. You do not have to sign that contract if you don't want to!

Like I said don't be in a hurry, if you have a FTA box your ok, if not just wait until UBI have all there channels then make a decision who yu go to.

You can't say it is not true when they would not authorise Balkan Channells for me <br />"until they received payment for activation fee and one month of subscription fee"<br />Unless i did it i could only watch all the Turkish and Arabic channells.
