Phil, USI "United Satellite Installations" is a UBI Preferred Installer. A standard repoint is between $70-$75. I highly doubt he has charged that customer this. Ask the customer to call UBI and make a complaint.

Something smells???? well at least now the guest that read these forums will know what a fair price is. The guest still rate over 95% of the total hits on the forums. So only 5% are us that post. Not really why would you want to ring UBI if the Box is Modified to receive UBI for free. this is the Problem they are still modifying them, and I don't trust these guys doing the selling of UBI boxes

This is the reason why only trusted people should be selling UBI boxes. God know what these contractors are doing 1000k away from Sydney. I have spoken to young Boulos about this and I think its time I speak to him again. For me only UBI should sell NEW boxes and in other states only trusted Companies or People should be allowed to sell and keep 100% perfect records of these boxes where they are going.

I know from my side if an IRD that has been sold by an UBI Installer has been activated or not. Let's say a UBI tech sold a IRD and chipped it - It my records it would say that it still hasn't been activacted but his other stock has so at the end of the day he will be caught.

Remember i was the one that found 1000 boxes stuck at customs in Melbourne 3 years ago, At that time Ya.. was not employee at TARBS Mar. was, they were to late the boxes were picked up and vouched for. See what I'm worried is they do legal work for UBI but at the same time they are doing the illegal work with other Mentor boxes which still can be sourced outside. this way they Bake the cake and eat it from both ends [ 24.
