Hi, i was just wondering if anyone else has this problem coz UBI was working fine yesterday(i'm a member so i had all the channels) but this morning i woke up and all i get is a black screen. I turned the box off and back on again and it did an update, but still all i get is a black screen.
Go into the installation menu and do a Mapping Channel and see what happens
just rescanned on my FTA box and it seems they have changed all the channels PID's ?

PID's on 12613 and 12701 and 12674 have all been changed

i have the same problem i wonder what is happening. because i got the spanish channel and sctv available only. and all the arabic and turkish channels are not available(black screen). even i called ubi and the phone is given me busy. even no operator
don't worry imparator, it happened to me twice in 4 days. <br /><br />All you have to do, turn it off for a min then turn it on. you wont see them authorised straight away. but in 10 mins you'll get all your channels back.<br /><br />there is a scrolling msg about this on ubi channels.<br /> <br /> <small>[ 16. Yes I have two of my customers that I installed there dishes only to Optus B 3 they rang me and told me to come over which I will later in the afternoon<br />and they told me over the phone the Turk channels have gone off. I told them to ring UBI and they said they did but they want me to check there setup that the dish didn't move. But how can the dish move on two seperate houses?<br />The Turk channels are still going as I rang another friend of mine and there still there. Is something going on?

every one who got channels that are gone , turn off the box for two minutes and then turn it on again and you will find those channels comming back
