sookeye06,

There has been a scroll for the past few days advising customers to put their IRD on standby for 1minute and then wait a few minutes and should be fine.

Putting the IRD on StandBy for 1min and/or doing a Mapping Channels should slove the problem.

If you still have a problem why don't you call UBI and get some Tech Support.

Simple!

Why are people so unkind. UBI has a set contact time table and if people call after hours well too bad. Then they need to call back on Monday. I think this stinks but until UBI get all departments in order we have no choice. At the beginning they didn't even have Saturdays. so there is at least progress in the right direction. Things can ony get better.(I hope)

Why
UBI is a small company running a tight ship at the moment I would think as they get richer they will be able to run a 24/7 for the customers but until that happens its tighten your belts UBI to save money.
