The problem UBI is having is some of there channels are being delivered to UBI with errors in them.
Best thing to do is to ring them and complain if it continues.

Morgan
Another thing!! thick clouds introduce errors which will cause the problem, rain will also cause the problem, well heavy rain will give you no pictures at all and this is the reason why I use a 90CM dish on UBI in QLD

I will be watching the Spanish channels (Ch 41 C.D.L.E. I prefer the name Galavision)tonight as the Bull fights are on, Nothing more I like better than a bull getting his revenge on a matador. oooooooooh that must hurt!!!. Some would never suffer from constipation again.

Problems allways on signal, and every spanish customers in Brisbane area not happy with the quality, Working as sub-contractor here in Brisbane and Gold Coast.A lot of customers getting frustrated with poor quality.
And yes I believe signal is coming to Australia in that way (with errors) Perhaps UBI can talk to provider overseas for a better mpeg stream video.
there is a single spike every few seconds in almost every single channel.
cheers

or talk to you about some of the sh it installations that u r doing, like using the existing aerial cable to hook up the sat dish and used a switch to split the signal,i dont know u.b.i does not do anything about you.You know where i live to remond you who i am.
I will get all these customers to write to U.B.I and complaint about ur sh it service.

Splitting Aerial cable that bodgy even for my standards LOL some aerial cables are like over 10 years old and would produce a crap signal to the box

New dish installations should always have there own cable and own plug on the wall none of this use existing cabling from tv antenna thats just plain bodgy and lazy and will effect the overall performance of satellite tv
Well I get very little problems, I'm using a 90cm dish, quad shield RG6 good quality connectors and the most important thing a good LNBF ( Cal Amp) Mind you I use RG11 on some of my other dishes.

Please take at least 4 pictures showing connection from the dish to the splitter and whatever.
I think UBI should be interested in this.

I don't understand the point really from Mr Tracesat in relation to my installations ,if that the case Any customer not happy with installations must call the phone number provided on the invoice installation. Then we can follow normal procedures to fix any existing problems.
I know Mr Tracesat well enough to assume he got a personal issue with me, I been kind enough not even mentioning his name on the forum as a profesional ethic, even I know he is using another user name on the forum. For that reason I did ask to Mr. Tracesat if he is talking about me. He got my phone number I just try to contact him for a better explanation but there is not answer on the mobile phone.
If there is an upset, ungry customer I recommend contact the proper company for promtly service.
About switches I don't know what Mr.Tracesat is talking about, And I understand the only switch in the market is when someone trying to multiplex a system which is not common issue.
I understand the topic on the forum was about problems with signal on spanish transponders, and Mr. Tracesat assume this problem is happening in brisbane because of my shit installations.
I contacted before another technicians in the country and they mentioned they got the same issue in other states. It is very unprofessional
from Mr. Tracesat to deal a matter in this way, just because of a personal issue perhaps.
Best Regards
SatManiac.-

I don't think neither of you are UBI Preferred Installers.
SatManiac I have been monitoring the Spanish channels in Brisbane and I have a collection of legal decoders on all of UBI transponders and I have over 9 monitors monitoring everything and I barely find any of these problems. I have one 90 CM dish split with splitters 6 ways just for UBI and again there is barely a clitch ever. Personally I think all of you use the cheapest crap yo can get your hands on and by the way the UBI dish to my TV room is over 80- metres away which would give me more loses.I have seen 65 to 75 CM dishes installed for UBI ,, Thats to small,, I once split three dishes up to UBI a 65cm a 80 cm and my 1.2 cm and had seperate boxes on each dish and guess wh pixeled the most the 65cm and I waited only two day before the rains came and guess who dropped out first the 65 did,, guess who dropped out second, the 80 did and the 1.2 did not drop out at all and when the rain slowed down th 80 cm came back followed by the 65cm. Do you all get my point!! UBI has gliches but most of them are locally at the customers house. For me in QLD nothing under 85 CM should be used...

I will take pics of your workmanship buddy. To be honest there people in my community who would like to show some of the installations you did for them to a U.B.I rep. But better off I will arrange with some customers of yours to have the installation check by Phill. Then we will see whos lying here. Its nothing personal I just got sick of how unfair its for so many salvadorean people paying extra money to get their installtions fixed.

Lisky i said it before,I dont work for U.B.I,never had and never will.I will take pics and show it to all of you.
