Hello all,

Anybody knows why all channels are off and a message showing something like E16 service currently scrambled??

I checked with a friend of mine and he has the same problem.

The picture comes for few minutes then dissapears?

I think it was a UBI wide problem, I had E16 for a minutes myself last night but all ok.

the same problem happened yesterday once, any ideas why and what does it mean? thanks

Yesterday could've been due to the storms, if the STB goes to E52 for awhile then the STB will loose the authorisation from UBI and should return within 15 minutes of receiving signal again.
