On lyngsat it says TVPlus is free i checked on my TV and its not Why is it saying its free...?

Because Lazer sent an update to Lyngsat last Saturday while TV Plus Service was FTA.
Lyngsat need some time for updates... Trust your receiver, not Lyngsat List
