As much as I hate to say it I must admit that the longer TV+ advertise their exclusive broadcasting rights for some Balkan channels and at the same time nothing happens to UBI for continuing to broadcast the same channels the less believable this whole thing is. Come on TV+, do something about it, either stop UBI broadcasting these channels or stop advertising your exclusive rights.
Hello Nick

Yes , it would be nice to know what is going on. Someones lying , but who ?

TV+ are I think copping a bit of a credibility problem in that they cant seem to stop UBI using the channel , and UBI seem to think they have rights.

Either way , one of them is in trouble
so far none is...maybe both of them have rights....how about that?

Nick I agree, both companies want a exclusive contract but that won't happen. TV Plus need UBI out of the way, UBI will not surrender the Balkans channels without at fight, and I can tell you at the end of the day UBI will be the better and cheaper choice for your channels.
I think that they (Pink, BKTV and BNTV) took money from both broadcasters; TV+ paid for that exclusive thing and bad picture, and UBI paid for excellent picture, but without exclusivity .......
TV+ has taken $154 from my credit card account on 27/01/05. $99 Instalation fee (what instalation???? I didn't get a new box) and $55 subscription fee ( its still free to air, what the f... ?????)
I was under the impersion that I'm going to be billed when service starts, not while it's free to air.

I found this on
www.australiasatellite.cjb.net

When you subscribe to TV+ they will deduct money for installation, depends how much if you are ex TARBS customer or you need fresh installation, (in first case it's about 155$ in second case it's around 250$) in these prices is INCLUDED subscription fee for the first month which they will NOT start charging you until channels are encrypted.

In another word you will not be charged while the Balkan channels are free to air.

At least give us a link to a credible site.
Ja thinks that it's the UBI people/staff that are saying that TV Plus is taking money from customers but it's the TV Plus customers who are complaining.
