PAS8 all WMI channels encrypted now 12646 H 28066 and Radio 2moro is FTA at the moment arabic radio from sydney

I was told that a music channel will be added to FTA on pas8 along with syria and abu dahbi they couldn't confirm the 4th channel has anyone scanned pas8 to see if they started broadcasting the FTA channels
