hi all in the past week i have received more then 10 call from tv plus customers asking to get they dish re-point back to pas 8 because tv plus dont have installers yet. So customers have told tv plus that they dish is on pas 8 just so they can get the machine and get the channels up and going again because they sick and tired of waiting around for tv plus my question is why would you sent out machines without haveing installers im sure it wouldent be hard to get installers if tv plus where serious about this they would have installers hooking people up to the service just goes to show how far behind tv plus are i would like to know how many customers tv plus really has because i say ubi would have double the number of bulkan customers

Stef you have wrong infomation, TV+ charge discount rate for customers with dish pointing to PAS8 that just need BOX only. if customers need dish repointed back to PAS8 TV+ send teck on site then the fee is signifantly extra. Hence customers call old installers to spin dish

From what I know TV Plus does have instalers - my friend had an instaler come and instal a dish for him when he signed up to TV Plus. By the way Satfreak - WHAT IS GOING ON WITH TV POLONIA - you said it would come end of January!

Who said TV Plus does not have Tech.. You right Satfreak, and Edward, TV Plus has sent Technicians to me here in Brisbane last week, and all job is done. WHAT I THINK STEF IS TRYING ADVERTISED HIM SELF THAT ALL.

I have offer to them this Tech.. for free old Tarbs box they does not want them.
