Yes what a croc Now the FTA people cannot see the quality of those channels, I know last week two students rang tv plus asking about the quality and again the answer was good. What comeback will the public have.

Somebody from TV+ has made BIG BIG and STUPID mistake! Encrypt a channel without sending subscribers a fucken cards prior to that! ------------------------ I don't want to edit above text, but it was my mistake not TV+. Sorry for the harsh words .... What you still haven't got your card? I will be visiting some of the Serbian PPL That i installed a Pas 8 dish for, the ones with the dreambox, and i will see what they are using, (now they want a c-band dish). Are you saying nobody has got there cards yet? Maybe Satfreak doesn't want to give you one.

Temporary card that was sent with the box works fine for me and for a number of my friends.

What the quality like with the TV plus box?

a box is a box i have tryed it out on 7 different boxes here and the picture looks the same on all of them the tv plus would proberly one of these boxes a SonicBox PGTV 500 <img src="http://www.aaacom.com.au/images/sonicbox.jpg" alt=" - " />

Looks like BKTV has had a similar fate? As of about an hour ago, it’s down on UBI too. Looks like TV+ will code it tomorrow... Vlad...

what has tvplus done? now we can't even watch the russian channels!

Vlad, Tarbs boxes has a shit tuner does not pick up weak signal same as strongs, hummies etc. It was a big shit fight between the customers and the tarbs techs....I don't know if its been fixed with the new 3110 boxes... [ 28. February 2005, 11:39 AM: Message edited by: fsking ]

signal comes from Napa Valley USA and goes straight to PAS8 satellite signal not fibre

Thanks Lazer...so according Satellite science 101....the birds upthere are able to receive and send signals (what a question!!!!!) it is like having an IN and OUT sort of thing.....but is it posible to send signals from one bird to another without having to send the signal to a terrestial uplink station????

pretty sure signals cant be sent satellite to satellite without it being recieved first on the earth station then being beamed back up to the satellite cause the footprint of pas8 australia beam reaches the USA abit look at this shows how abit of the signal reaches the USA thats y its possible to beam the signal straight to pas8 ku australia beam http://www.panamsat.com/_media/global_network/sat_pdf/pas8_ku_band.pdf
