You always claim to be the " man in the know " who knows everything that TV Plus is doing , yet despite Aus City members continually posting asking when the picture quality is going to be fixed , you just simply ignore their questions.

So I will publicly put the question directly to you , when are TV plus going to fix the quality of their channels ?
cause he knows its not going to get fixed thats the best its going to get

[ 15. Yes I am very surprised he has not replied to any post on this subject. Just by this action alone you can see TV plus will not be fixing this problem now or in the distant future. Again more they connect per day more will get a shock on their $6000 tv's and more will be trying to complain about the quality of channels. I have some spare time today I will ring up TV plus to see if they can give me a reason why its so poor, this should be interesting

You have to feel pity for the people that have subscribed and have other problems like no pictures at all. how do they get to complain when you can't get to talk to anyone.
last time i rang which was about last thursday i think just to see how long it would take for someone to pick up well i held the phone for about 20mins and the next 1 hour and 30 mins it was on speaker phone and guess what stil no one picked up i just gave up afta that so that was a total of 1 hour and 50 mins and stil no answer

now i see ppl's frustrations when trying to get thru to them

[ 15. Yes I saw he was on last night and TOTALLY IGNORED the question I put to him.

Obviously this is how TV+ intend to treat their customers , imagine the abuse they will get on the phone if they ever answer it !
That's a problem, maybe he hasn't got time to watch tv plus

hey guys,
Talking to some serbs in adelaide on the weekend and two of them have been waiting for tv plus install- one for 6 months and the other reckons nearly nine months and this is service ex-yu style!!!!!!
what is ex yu style I wonder???
ex-yu or better still balkan style is when you book, request, demand any type of work and by the time they've finished the turkish coffee, gone to the loo, seen the neighbours, rang the auntie, thought about the job, the weeks over so they try again the next week but alas more of the same. Phone calls dont get answered, no courtesy calls that they wont be coming, so you sit at home like a dumbass just in case they call by and do what you wanted- now thats service!
Well its now obvious that TV+ dont intend to fix this problem and going on the zero customer service , no phones being answered , people being billed for no service and people waiting for up to 9 months for an install that hasnt happened , it is safe to assume that they are about to pack up shop and go broke.

Unless you like giving money away , you would be a fool to sign up with this clown outfit.
Yes Boring its shocking, I cannot believe what some have told me about the waiting time on the Phone for service or anything. People thought TARBS were bad in the early days but by the sound of it TV plus is impossible to deal with and is out of hand.
