yeh well not sure what u can do about it but i would give them a call and tell them u want to be reimbursed for a full service that u payed for not a quater service and u want to be compensated for it

if they dnt help u out in any way maybe a call to the department of fair trading might give them a kick in the back side

[ 19. TV PLUS is not a member of ASTRA so i dont think they will do much about it??

Well we also are in the same boat we all got sucked into a signing a long term contract and this is the thanks we get.
I was told by Feb we would have Pink Extra and by April another two channels not only we don't have Pink Extra or the two new channels now we have lost BK and when you ring tv plus they said to me well its in the contract.
How arrogant!! after this i wished we had things like the tarbs days, A fair to good service for our $$$$

Did you pay via Credit Card ? If you did , go to your bank and ask for a " charge back " because the company did not supply the service that you paid for.

Very easy to do , believe me

You can also take action against them via the Small Claims Tribunal in your state.

It will cost you $30 to lodge a claim and they are obliged to attend the hearing ( no lawyers are permitted ). If they dont turn up , you automatically win. Even if they do turn up , they will lose for not providing the service.

You can then ask that resitiution is made including the money you lost to them , the $30 for the hearing and travel costs

Geeeee so its started, new members joining complaining about TV plus, I would hate to be their customer service centre. Again its a Tv + problem.

You should file a lawsuit against TV Plus for breach of contract. It's likely that there will be others joining the lawsuit since many people were duped into signing contracts with them based on false pretenses and empty promises. So it will probably be a class action lawsuit.

On a related note: maybe BK TV will now sue TV Plus as well, since they failed to live up to their contractual agreement with BK. At the very least, I expect BK TV to rescind its contract with TV Plus for failure to perform. The only logical thing for BK management to do now is to permit UBI to restart its broadcast of BK on Telstar 10, since TV Plus obviously can't get the job done.
( sorry I clicked on the wrong icon)

[ 20. It will be interesting to see what is going to happen in the next few weeks, I think the lot of us will be staying tuned for a outcome, I hope sooner than later.
