I'm not quite sure how they are free.
It's pretty much self explanatory. You click on any of the links and the broadcast starts in a window in the upper left corner. All of the channels mentioned in the email are broadcasted free of charge online by JUMP TV.
Just for the USA as all we get here is a preview video of the channel which is just a video file preview not anything live
