LIVE ISS TRAJECTORY DATA
The link
http://spaceflight.nasa.gov/realdata/sightings/SSapplications/Post/JavaSSOP/orbit/ISS/SVPOST.htmlis where we get our data from. Right from the NASA/USAF source at JSC.
The
http://www.celestrak.com/NORAD/elements/stations.txt set can be a bit dated, specially after any maneuvers. But as a whole they should almost show the same location. Both Aus-City and Celestrak get the TLE data from the same source USSPACECOM. But we grab the data a few more times a day, every six hours.
A fresh satellite for Russia's Glonass navigation network launched aboard a modernized Soyuz rocket Sunday on the first flight of the workhorse booster since a mishap doomed a mission in August. The Soyuz 2-1b rocket lifted off at 2015 GMT (4:15 p.m. EDT) Sunday from the Plesetsk Cosmodrome in northern Russia. Launch occurred at 12:15 a.m. Moscow time.
ACTUALLY I DON'T HAVE IDEA ABOUT Glonass navigation network.
