get a tray a round tray and base the tray with olive oil then you put the phylo pastry then place chese filling ill explain the chesee filling Riccota chese Feta boiled chopped spinach salt & 1 egg mix well then place the filling a small amount in each layer then when done on top Beat some egg wash and BRUSH THE BUREK MMMMMMMMMM DELISH ENJOY I WANT ALL OF YOU TO TRY IF ANY FURTHER QUESTIONS PLEASE FEEL FREE TO ASKI THANKS enjoy alcohol
