yes, its going to come back they are still having a incoming signal problem. I have contacted a friend of mine in europe to check if OBN is working fine on the Amos1 satellite, and he said its working just fine. So I dont know what kind of incoming problem UBI is having still. But it would be nice if it gets fixed asap.
