In a meditative state I explored the concept of food and belief system. And I thought...if my reality is created by my belief system, and I believe that no food is good or bad, but just is energy, then one of the purest forms of energy I know of is...Sugar.
It made me giggle as I realized the irony of sugar being accepted as a super food that is inexpensive, decorative, and fun to eat.
Any thoughts?
