Gee turn it around why don't you<br /><br />This customer paid to subscribe to a package containing certain channels AS advertised on the UBI website.<br /><br />With no warning, one of the channels has been removed.<br /><br />An explanation of what's happening would be good.<br /><br />"Sorry sir we no longer can supply that channel"<br />as a gesture of goodwill we will give you $5 credit. Next month we will be replaceing Nile Variety with channel BLAHBLAH"
