NOTIC ADVISORY TO NAVSTAR USERS (NANU) 2006089 NANU TYPE: GENERAL * GENERAL MESSAGE TO ALL GPS USERS * On 12 Sept 06 between 1615z and 0015 Dataless M-Code will be turned on The following conditions of use apply:

a The Air Force shall not guarantee the availability or quality of M-Code signals until Initial Operational Capability (IOC)

b Users are cautioned that the new signal is under development and may

be used for a variety of test applications until achievement of IOC Prior to IOC, signal availability and quality of the M-Code signal may be subject to change without prior notice Therefore, any use of the M-Code signal prior to being declared operational is at the user's own risk

c All subsequent IIR-M Satellites will be set up in this configuration, unless the situation dictates otherwise
